As many of you know a heifer was slaughtered in Judea Samaria in July. The Temple Institute released a statement that the heifer had been declared as no longer qualified and that her slaughter was for the purpose of rehearsal to work out the complex details for when they do slaughter a qualified heifer. Rumors and statements have filled the internet that she was qualified and the slaughter was the real event.
